We seek to live under the headship of Jesus that Colossians 1:18 describes as the ultimate leadership of the church. We believe that the Bible’s teachings on church structure can be summarized as Elder-led, Deacon-served, and Congregationally-governed.We encourage you to listen to our sermon series “The Church” to hear how we are led in more detail.
